Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as authenticity certificates and the RMA slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid insured shipping label and attach it to a new shipping box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered or removed.
Final Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
